PLATINUM/SIGNATURE EVENT SPONSOR ($20,000 +)

There are 4 opportunities to be a signature sponsor of a major event including the Installation Luncheon, the Excellence in Education Banquet, the Annual Awards Banquet, and the Asian Festival. A description of these opportunities follows:

Installation Luncheon
The purpose of the Installation Luncheon is to install the incoming GDAACC Board. The event typically has 600 to 800 attendees and provides exposure to the leadership of GDAACC and other Asian ethnic chambers. The platinum/signature sponsor of the event will be prominently recognized in all promotional material and the event program, have 2 seats at the head table, have 2 additional tables, have a large banner behind the head table with your logo and the title of the event, your logo on the media screen, and the opportunity to introduce the featured speaker. This event is usually held in February.

Asian Festival
This Multicultural outdoor festival brimming with exciting colorful events showcases Asian Culture and celebrates May as Asian Heritage Month. Ceremonial Lion dances, other Asian dances, martial arts demonstrations, children’s activities, ethnic food booths, and arts and crafts vendors are presented at the festival as well as public service, cultural and corporate sponsor booths. The event typically has 10,000 attendees. The platinum/signature sponsor of the event will be recognized in signage at the event gateways and with a large banner a-top the performance stage. This event is typ ically held in May.

Excellence in Education Banquet
The purpose of the Excellence in Education Banquet is to honor outstanding Asian high school students, and recognize the graduates of the GDAACC Leadership Tomorrow Program. The event typically has 400 to 600 attendees. The platinum/ signature sponsor of the event will be prominently recognized in all promotional material and the event program, have 2 seats at the head-table, have 2 additional tables, have a large banner behind the head table with your logo and the title of the event, your logo on the media screen, and the opportunity to introduce the featured speaker. This event is usually held in June.

Annual Awards Banquet
The purpose of the Awards Banquet is to recognize Asian businesses, cultural and media leadership as well as recognize our top corporate and public service partners. The event typically has 800 to 1000 attendees. The platinum/signature sponsor of the event will be prominently recognized in all promotional material and the event program, have 2 seats at the head-table have 2 additional tables, have a large banner behind the head table with your logo and the title of the event, your logo on the media screen and the opportunity to introduce the featured speaker. This event is usually held in October.
