Responsibilities and Duties
● Take inbound calls from customers inquiring about a wide range of topics/ product offerings.
● Prepare for customer interactions by studying products, services, and customer service
● Respond to inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses;
gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying
customers understanding of information and answer.
Qualifications and Skills
● Languages requested: Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean
● Available for a full-time schedule.
● Improve the quality of service by recommending improved processes, identifying new
products, and service applications.
● Full time (40 hours/week)
