$100 | Individual – 1 representative to be registered

$250 | Less than 50 employees – 2 representatives to be registered

$500 | 50 to 100 employees – 3 representatives to be registered

$1,000 | Over 100 employees – 4 representatives to be registered

$1,500 | Corporate membership – 5 representatives to be registered
