Regali Promotions is a boutique promotional agency with in-house manufacturing of crystal awards, incentive merchandising, embroidered corporate wear and uniforms. Regali Creative consists of a creative graphic web design department responsible for producing creative solutions for branding and promotional clients in marketing and sales. 

Who we serve

Regali focuses on B2B services and serves an array of clients from the public, private, and non-profit sectors.  Some of our clients include DFW Airport, DART, DISD, AT&T, Verizon, Pepsi, Texas Instruments, and Dallas chambers and associations. 

Part Time Helpers

Regali's has immediate openings for part time helpers in light packing.  We provide apparel and uniforms, promotional items and crystal awards.  This can be on a as need basis or three or four times a week.  Workers will be assembling gift packages, pick and packing uniforms (pants, shirts, caps and jackets by sizes).

We are located at: 518 N. Interurban, Richardson, Texas.  We are near "China Town".  General instruction is Beltline and I-75.

Pay scale is minimum wage - $8.00 p/h, depending on qualifications.  Please contact Renee or Diane.  Formal English is not required.

Job Description- Marketing/Operations Internship 

Qualifications

Regali is looking for a qualified candidate who is interested in learning the business process from a global perspective.  Candidate will see all aspects of operations including global sourcing, interaction with suppliers, user interface, manufacturing, and managing projects. 

Responsibilities 

• Assist with logistics for order process by providing estimates, creating purchase orders and invoices, and communicating with clients.
  
• Provide timely customer service for vendors and customers regarding purchases and sales.
  
• Follow up on submitted proposals and design concept proofs for internal and external production.
  
• Support colleagues for preparing proposals, presentations, and meetings for clients.
  
• Assist with researching and submitting ideas and quotes for themed event merchandising with and without client logo, incentives, invitations, packaging, and tradeshow giveaways. Each project varies based on the client’s budget, timelines, and size of the meeting and event, or tradeshow.

Job Description- Project Coordinator/ Estimator

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Detailed and thorough decisive project coordinator and estimator to provide sales support and client services support to lead sales team.
  
• Responsible for researching and submitting ideas and quotes for themed event merchandising with and without client logo, incentives, invitations, packaging and tradeshow giveaways. Each project varies based on the client’s budget, timelines, and size of the meeting and event, or tradeshow.
  
• Quotes are maintained in Excel format, created in QuickBooks estimate database, and submitted with creative, graphic or web elements. (Created by the design team.)
  
• Support for sales team by managing projects and proposals in Microsoft Calendar, ensuring orders and production is on schedule with production departments. For internal and external production, follow up on submitted proposals and design concept proofs. Once approved, enter logistics for orders and jobs for the Purchase Order Expediter.
  
• Meet clients in showroom or offsite as and when necessary in support capacity.
  
• Remain in touch with clients providing them with timely services, status and notification of projects and placed order updates.
  
• Delivering details and ensuring the client’s promotional project needs are met, resulting in client retention and repeat business.
