City of Dallas
The GDAACC's partnership with the City of Dallas through the Community Outreach Liaison Program (COLP) is designed to

• Develop initiatives that support the City’s Good Faith Effort (GFE) Plan.
• Supplement Business Development & Procurement Services.
• Focus on education, awareness and dissemination of information to help grow the number of Asian vendors.
• Provide sourcing assistance for procurement.
• Enhance communications between the City of Dallas and Asian business community.
• Provide focused training on the city procurement process, certification requirements and general business processes.

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART)
The GDAACC’s relationship with DART has been formulated in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which focus on the following areas:

• Secure employment and economic opportunities and development of GDAACC members of the DART service area.
• Broaden the participation of the Asian vendors for DART contracts through effective outreach and training program.
• Develop a comprehensive outreach program for disadvantage, minority & women-owned enterprises (DMWBE) and their communities.
• Development, advancement, education and economic growth wherein the Chamber shall serve as a business resource, a forum and advocate for Asian business issues and a voice for the Asian business community.

Dallas Independent School District (DISD) MWBE
The GDAACC’s partnership with DISD among other education initiatives includes the recruitment of minority/women-owned vendors who can provide goods and services to DISD thereby assisting DISD in increasing the District’s Asian-owned business utilization. The Chamber works to increase the number of qualified Asian-owned businesses in the District.
