The Chamber is governed by a diverse and committed Board of Directors who meets monthly to
oversee the operations of the Chamber and shape its future. The Board seeks advice and counsel from
an Advisory Council that is comprised of civic leaders and executives from corporate firms.

- Advocates for the Chamber in various government agencies at all levels
- Promotes international trade and Asian investment in the Dallas Metroplex
- Participates and coordinates trade missions to Asian countries
- Promotes the development of academic and leadership skills among Asian American youth
- Serves as a communication link between the GDAACC and other Asian communities in North Texas
